Whittington Ambulatory Care Ward

I was commissioned by Levitt Bernstein/ Architects to create images to be printed as murals in a new Ambulatory Care Ward at Whittington Hospital, North London. Whittington Hospital’s plans for an Ambulatory Care Centre involved an innovative new outpatients’ ward offering same-day treatment to prevent longer-term admissions. I created several mural sized drawings for the café, corridor spaces, a Paediatric ward and a Phlebotomy booth. The drawings focussed on the local Hampstead Heath, including Woodlands, Ponds and Lido. The images were printed on wall coverings with an antimicrobial coating.
